Is This Sentence Making Any Sense

I want to say 'Since technologies changing relentlessly, persistent learning is the key to my success.'
Can I also say 'With relentless upgrading technologies, persistent learning is the key to my success.'?

Technology is simply not relentless. You want to say that you keep up with technological advances so you don't get behind.

Thanks for replying Tarheel. I want to say this in more formal way just to show it as my strength. Can you please suggest me some more formal sentence?

Since technologies change/are changing relentlessly would work better than your example.

    Perhaps:

I always keep up with the latest technological advances, so I don't get behind.

    Or, perhaps:

I am always current with the latest technological advances.

(There aren't that many ways to say it.)
