Which one is correct?

They are both grammatically correct. Which one works would depend on the context, but if you want to know someone's opinion, use the first. The second is less likely to be used, but you could come up with a context where it would be OK.

Person A: "I think of euthanasia as murder."
Person B: "I don't."
Person A: "Well, how do you think of it?"

The "as" in the first line is a signal that Person A is saying how he thinks of euthanasia; it also tells us what he thinks, but that's not how he expresses it.
