    Hair line way back

"My hair line has gone way back from where it used to start earlier or where it was earlier". If a person is getting bald from front. Is it correct?

I found the phrase 'a receding hairline' above, which may be used to describe it.

"My hairline is receding" or "I have a receding hairline."

    Re: Hair line way back

    You could say:

    I am losing my hair.

    or

    I am going bald.

You seem to want to make a point about the original position of your hairline. In this case you could say: "My hairline was much further forward". However, as other posters have suggested, the use of receded/receding is a common way to describe this process.

    Re: Hair line way back

By the way I am not getting bald. I just wanted to know. Is "My hairline has receded a alot" also correct?

Yes. 'Alot' is not a word unless it is separated.
You are on the way to getting bald as your hairline recedes.

    Re: Hair line way back

Even if the hairline has receded a lot, the OP won't be bald as long as it stops.
