is it correct present perfect in if clauses?

If I've saved enough money I'll buy a new tv.


If I save enough money I'll buy a new tv.

I'll call to him if he hasn't called by 10:00

I'll call to him if he doesn't call by 10:00

:up: (An argument could be made for the first one, in a context where the saver didn't know what the TV would cost: 'If [it turns out that] I've saved enough money [by now] I'll buy a new TV. [Otherwise, I'll keep saving.]'

But this sort of context is rare. You'd be more likely to meet it in a more trivial context - a child saving up for a big box of chocolates, say. Generally, Tarheel's correction is right.
