cite 'mla' without Place of Publication: Publisher, Year

    Hi,

I have difficulty with citing an ebook in a mla format for my essay. Here is the format: Author's Last Name, First Name Middle Initial. Title of Book: Subtitle of Book. edition. Place of Publication: Publisher, Year. Name of Database. Web. Date of access.

However, the link below does not have 'Place of Publication: Publisher, Year.' I would like to ask how I should cite 'waiting for godot' in a mla format.

    Ebook: http://ebooks.gutenberg.us/WorldeBoo....com/godot.htm

    Thanks.

Shouldn't you cite the original publication f the text rather than this version, which is just a scan of it?

Note, it's MLA in ordinary language.
