    half smoked cigarettes

He is accustomed to smoking. He smokes too many cigarettes a day. If he finds no cigarettes for a few hours, he tries to find half smoked cigarettes lying on the streets or roads. Is the underlined part correct?

PS: In my country, people often throw away the cigarettes on the roads.

    Re: half smoked cigarettes

If you add a hyphen, it's OK. He tries to find half-smoked cigarettes.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
