"I am having vertigo", "I am taking my mom to doctor because she is having headache or stomachache". Are these correct?

    Re: Vertigo and headache

"I am having vertigo" is OK. Also, "I have vertigo".

"I am taking my mom to the/a doctor because she has a headache/stomach ache."
