Some materials available in the store room. I want to ask it's location of use, which one is correct.

1.Where these materials will be used?
2.Where these materials will be use?
3.where these materials would be used?

For at least the third time, put a space after every comma and every full stop.

Kumar, none of your sentences are correct. They are not in correct question form.

You try first. Here is a hint: subject-auxiliary verb inversion. You can Google that.

There are several constructions in English in which the subject and auxiliary verb are inverted in a sentence. One of the most common is a question.

How will I find my keys? :tick:
How I will find my keys? :cross:

Memorise some simple question constructions and think of them every time you write a question.

I am a man.
Am I a man?

You are a teacher.
Are you a teacher?

His name is James.
Is his name James?

I will go to London.
Will I go to London?

Don't worry about trying to use auxiliaries or modals. Just learn simple constructions to start with.

These materials will be used in a lecture.
Where will these materials be used?
