    Can you say this:

    What I meant is are my orders considered bulk orders because they are relatively small orders compared to the orders you get from other businesses. The hooks for the masks could probably be shipped in one or two containers, right? So, I don't know would you consider my shipments bulk orders?

    How're the sentences in this paragraph?

    Bulk orders are big orders. The definition of big will vary from vendor to vendor.

    The underlined portion isn't natural. "So I don't know whether you would consider ..." is natural.
