    information

I am wondering if the following text is correct or not.

Please note that we received $1000 from Johan on account of your Travelling Expense. When he came to India to visit his friends and close his bank account and subsequently, we made the payment to your traveler agency.

    Re: information

It's not the 'above' text, but the 'following' text.

How can it be correct when it lacks any punctuation?
