    I have been to

"This is/was the place to which I have been to recently". Is it correct?

    Re: I have been to

Tufguy, do you think you could maybe slow down and take a look at the answers to your other threads before posting more and more questions?

Could you please tell me in which post did I ask this question? I tried finding it but couldn't succeed.

    Re: I have been to

Your sentence is needlessly wordy. I have been [to this place]/[here] recently.

    Re: I have been to

    Everything has a context. Perhaps:

    A. Have you been there?
    B. Yes, I have been there. I like their pizza.
    A. Would you like to go tomorrow night?
    B. Yes! Let's go!
    A. And let's get some root beer with that pizza.
    B. Absolutely!

I didn't say that you had posted this exact question before. What I meant was that sometimes I look at the list of new questions and your name appears up to ten times, asking different questions in quick succession. It would be good if you could wait until you have received answers to a question before you post your next question.

    Re: I have been to

Root beer, ice cream and pizza. That was my heaven in my youth.
