Dear teachers,

Could you help me to understand the meaning of "This is all me, baby."?
The following is the whole sentence.

A: Make room for a Karate master!
B: Why? Are you hiding one under your perm?"
A: One. I will destroy you at Karate. And two, this is all me, baby."

Does this "this is all me" mean that "I am not hiding the master" or "My hair is not permed" ?

Best regards,

ilovelondon

Welcome to the forum. :hi:

I assume "This is all me" means "I can do this (destroy you at karate) without any help". It is just possible that it means "This isn't a perm. This hair is all mine, naturally curly".

Where did you find this exchange? It's important to quote your source.

Thank you very much for your reply.

The source is my company's files, some scripts from TV drama.
I have to traslate it into Japanese, but I was not sure about the meaning of the sentence.
You've been a great help. Thank you so much.
