    I myself have done

"It's me who has influenced my life". "I myself have influenced my own life" or "Me myself have influenced my own life". Are these sentences correct?

    Re: I myself have done

Look at the spelling of the longest word in your post. It's the same word three times. You spelt it correctly once.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

That one is grammatical. (Weird, but grammatical.)

    Presently:

It is I who have influence on my own life.

    Re: I myself have done

But I think "Who" should be followed by "Has" because we are referring ourselves as "Third person". Like "I am the one who does it". "I am the person who works here". "I am the one who takes care of children". Am I correct?

They're all nonsense to me. I have been in control of my own life would work better IMO.

    Re: I myself have done

Is it OK to say 'I am the one who dictates my own life'?

    Not a teacher.
