    "Do we recharge our metro card(card that is used to travel in metro) or do we top it up"?

    In the UK (in London), you top up your Oyster card. That's the card that's used on the London Underground and London Buses.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    We don't top things up in AmE. We might top off a tank of gasoline, but this phrase is not used with re-charging cards, or cell phone plans, or anything like that.
