I go to the forest on Sunday/Sundays.

    Hi,

I go to the forest on Sunday/Sundays. What should I use if I often do something on a particular day?

Re: I go to the forest on Sunday/Sundays.

    I am not a teacher.

If the context makes it clear that it is a habitual activity then you could use 'Sunday', and it would be understood.

My typical week. From Monday to Friday I go to work, on Saturday I go to the gym and on Sunday I go to the forest.

I prefer ' on Sundays' because it doesn't require interpretation.

No, Kumar Nadimuthu. We do not say "on every Sunday" in this context. It's also not logical to use "usually" with "every".

I usually go to the forest on a Sunday.
I go to the forest every Sunday.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
