    Is "Of which city's people do you think are friendly" correct?

    Delete the "of" in that sentence, and say:

    Which city's people do you think are friendly?

    Given that it's unlikely that someone would be able to think of only one city, perhaps "Which cities' people do you think are friendly/friendliest?"
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
