What spelling is correct in American English?
    - "health care" or "healthcare"

    Re: health(-)care

Either "health care" or "healthcare." It seems to be trending to become one word, the way "air lines" long ago became "airlines." You will see "healthcare" as one word in the names of corporations in the business. And of course in website (formerly "web site") names like ""
