    blessing of dimentionality

    Hi,

Anyone could tell me what the underine part means?
    Blessing of dimentionality?

Our method is based on maximum likelihood. Normally maximum likelihood algorithms specify a distribution
which factorizes over the data points (each data point is independent given the model parameters). Our model's distribution factorizes over the features (each feature from the data set is independent given the model parameters). This means that maximum likelihood in our model is consistent as the number of features increases rather than the number of data points. This leads to a blessing of dimensionality where the parameters are better determined as the number of features increases.

    Thank you

    Re: blessing of dimentionality

"Blessings" seems very out of place in that context.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
