I don't like "virus centers" and I don't like the concept of virus centers spreading. It is the virus you should be focused on. Try rewording this piece.
The sentence is provided below:
"Application of very well developed mathematical tools and application of new information technologies will allow us to prevent the development of the influenza virus, localize virus centers and reduce the area of their spread".
I have two questions for you. The term "virus center" that I've used in the sentence is intended to mean the area where the virus concentration is greatest. In the dictionary I've also found "virus nidus", but I don't know if the meaning will be clear.
My second question concerns the word "spread". Is it fine in the context? I was also thinking about the terms "proliferation" and "distribution". Which of these would you recommend?
There should be a 'the' before 'application'.
prevent the development - control the transmission
Virus centre could mean a research centre or lab. You could use 'virus hotspots'.
not a teacher
