    Welcome to the forum, Nadi.
Please do not use phone texting language here.
Please capitalize the first word of a sentence and names.
    Check your spellings.
    Please use proper punctuations.
Which of the sentences do you think is correct?

    not a teacher

Re: do you think this paragraph is correct?

First, they are not paragraphs. Second, neither is correct because neither begins with a capital letter.

After that, 1 is incorrect grammatically. 2 is correct grammatically. I have no idea what 3 means.

Here is how your post should have looked:

Which of these sentences is correct?

    1. Do you can speak English?
    2. Can you speak English?
    3. Both 1 and 2 are correct.

Can you see the multiple differences between your first post and how it should have looked?

As you have been told, 1 is incorrect, 2 is correct. Given that 1 is incorrect, 3 cannot be the right answer.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
