It's possible that some people might use the article before "Grand Central Station" but it is grammatically incorrect to put the article before "1913".

It was opened in 1913.
I was born in 1982.
The earthquake happened in 2006.

The official title is "Grand Central Terminal (aka Grand Central Station). The article is incorrect in both cases.

***** NOT A TEACHER *****

You correctly used a question mark after your question: "Which one is the correct sentence?"

But you accidentally put question marks at the end of your three sentences. As you know, they simply need a period (full stop).

Number 3 is the only correct sentence.

I've seen some people wrote "Grand Central Station opened in 1931", without was. Is that incorrect?
