    Welcome to the forum.

    I would suggest a semi-colon rather than a full stop, followed by a list of your requirements.

    ... I hereby make an official request for the following:

    - Document 1
    - Document 2
    - PDF XXX
    - Video XYZ
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
