It's pronounced /ˈtɛmp(ə)rətʃə/. The 'e' after the 'temp' is barely sounded, if at all, unless you are saying it very carefully.

I pronounce Wednesday exactly as emsr2d2 described. If you sound the (first) 'd', where do you place it? Is it after the 'n' as in Wendsday?
