    Double-click to mark as read?

    Hi,

As you've probably noticed, I haven't been around much lately. But now that I'm back (at least for the moment)...

As you know (it's your making, after all), when there are unread messages in a Forum room (any of them), one can double-click on the icon of the room to mark all its contents as read. Well, when I attempt to do that (as I don't believe I can read all the contributions made to the Forum while I was away), this is not the case: nothing happens, and the room and its contents still appear as unread. I have tried this from two different computers and nothing changes.

    Thanks for your efforts.

    Charlie

PS: I'm aware the present aspect of the web may not be exactly recent, but I had not seen it before. I like it, though (and thought it would be worth telling y'all! )

I just tried one section and it marked all but the latest one as read.

Re: Double-click to mark as read?

I had no idea you could mark it all as read by doing that. I have always clicked on "Forum Actions" and selected "Mark Forum as Read".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Thanks! I just did that, and no longer feel like I'll never catch up!
