Our relationship of love was end up VS our relation was end up.

Our relationship of love was end up VS our relationship was end up.

    Are both wrong?
How to say it "our love was end up" ?

"Was end up" is unnatural in all cases. I presume you mean "was finished" or "was ended".

In my opinion, "our relationship" and "our love" are equivalent. "Our relationship of love" is somewhat unnatural. "Our loving relationship" may be best of all.

That's not very natural either, MatthewWai. It's not completely wrong but I can't imagine anyone saying it.

    Our relationship is over.
    Our relationship is finished.
We have fallen out of love.

Note that the third sentence above doesn't necessarily lead to the first or second.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Our relationship ended/ has ended.
You usually say 'end up in something'. You do not usually finish the sentence with 'end up'.
