    "... to have ... PDF"?

Is it possible to have all previous lessons and your insightful comments PDF, please?

May I know how I do construct such a request, please?

It could also stand for Pretty Darn/Damn/Damned Fast if a slang expression is acceptable in the context.

'Portable Document Format', according to http://www.ldoceonline.com/dictionary/PDF
Should it be 'in a PDF file' in the OP's sentence?
    Not a teacher.

Please could you provide a PDF version of all previous lessons and your comments?
Is it possible to have all previous lessons and your comments as PDFs please?
Is it possible to have all previous lessons and your comments in PDF format please?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Re: "... to have ... PDF"?

Matthew, it probably should be "PDF file", but "file" is often omitted.
