    his/her or their with 'who'

    Please correct this.

    I don't like to think about the one who forgot me in their or (his/her) life.

    As an old guy and grammarian I prefer his or her, but "their" has now become acceptable and commonplace.

    You obviously know the gender of the person you are referring to, so just use 'his life' or 'her life'.

    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
