Can I use "teaser" in this case?

In the front page of a newspaper, sometimes the editor put several summaries into a side column.

How do native speaker say about these summaries, "front page teaser"?

If there is a "front page teaser", relatively, there is a full story to the teaser.

What's the term of this full story, "main article"?

    Thanks a lot.

This site suggests that promo/teaser/skybox can be used:

To be honest, I had thought of teaser more for TV until I looked.
