    curtailing of funds

Hello. I want to write a sentence like that ".... that could lead to the curtailing of funds on medicine.... ". However, the problem is that I cannot find the phrase "curtailing of funds on" in the Internet so I suppose that phrase could be incorrect. What do you think?
Please, show me every single one of my mistakes. Thank you.

    Re: curtailing of funds

Usually, it is curtailing of funds/spending/funding "for" something.
