    checking sentence "collecting all the reading books in this week"

    Hi everyone, I'd like to know if "in this week" within sentence 'We are collecting all the reading books in this week for the holiday' is correct?

    That sentence doesn't make sense unfortunately. Can you explain what you are trying to say using different words?

    'In' does not go with 'this week'.

    It belongs with 'collecting in'.

    'We are collecting in all the reading books this week'. I'm not sure what the ending means.

    to Rover_KE I think you got it right, the end probably means they are collecting the books since the approaching holidays
