in the heart vs in heart

"She is beautiful, not only in appearance but, more importantly, in (A. the heart, B. heart)".

Which is correct, A or B? Thank you sincerely.

Re: in the heart vs in heart

Neither option produces a very natural sentence. If forced to choose, I'd pick 'in the heart', but a better answer would be 'in her heart'.
