    The one you wrote is as good as any.

    Are you asking if you can say it or if you have written it in an acceptable way?

    That would have been a better way to express your question in that case. Bhaisahab answered "Can this be said?" and, without being sarcastic or rude, it is possible to say pretty much anything you want. If you are more specific with your questions, you'll get better answers.

    On the assumption that you are transcribing speech, my suggested amendments are above. An ellipsis should (in most UK style guides, at least) consist of three dots with a space at either end. If "about him" was the end of the sentence, then it should be followed by a single full stop not another ellipsis.
