    Wink uncountable noun food

    food is uncountable , is it wrong or correct to say.......

    1. the top three foods i like are........

    because i read we don't usually say foods...because it's uncountable..please help!

    I can understand you confusion, but try to think of the question in terms of 'types' of food - in this way you are dealing with three separate items.
