    What is the difference between the following questions, please?

    Why don't you do your homework?
    Why not to do your homework?

    Only the first is grammatical.

    If you omit 'to' from the second they would mean the same.

    Please note that a better title would have been Why don't you do your homework?

    "Why don't you do your homework?" has two possible meanings. It could be a suggestion that the listener go and do their homework. It could also be a question about a habitual action (in this case, a non-action). Perhaps the listener regularly fails to do their homework and the speaker wants to know the reason for that.

    "Why not do your homework?" can only be considered a suggestion that the listener go and do their homework.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
