Re: Is this sentence grammatically correct or not?

    Welcome to the forum, yasinuzun.

You will notice that I have changed your thread title. You wrote 'Is this sentence true or not?' 'True' and 'correct' do not mean the same.

It is not grammatically correct. If you wrote the sentence please tell us why you wrote it. If you didn't write it please tell us who did, and why you want to know.

I don't know what you are trying to say. Try to write shorter sentences first.

"The fundamental findings have been constructed how to scope towards centralization within the context of attempting to decentralization of the USA. "

I mean: The results of the findings were constructed. if the state scopes to decentralization or centralization.
