Re: Can i use the word "Breast" in this sentences

    Welcome to the forum.

I recommend using 'chest', unless you're writing a sex manual.

What's the context of these exercises, anyway? Some of them take some visualising, especially the first instruction.

Re: Can i use the word "Breast" in this sentences

Use "chest", we don't use the word "breast" for that part of the body in modern English, except to refer to part of a woman's anatomy, and then usually in the plural.

"Your stomach, breast, head go for the legs" What does this mean?

Thank you very much for your replies
    it's instructions for yoga posture:
    PASCHIMOTTANASANA (SEATED FORWARD BEND POSE)
Raise your hands up from sides. Your back is straight. While breathing out, slowly bend down to your legs. Try to take your feet in your hands. Avoid discomfort. Do 7-10 breathing cycles. Your stomach, breast (chest) head go for the legs. Control your breathing. Then slowly straighten your back. Put your hands near your hips. Return to the Staff Pose.

"Your stomach, breast, head go for the legs" I'm afraid this doesn't make sense.
