    request on your behalf

    Dear xxx,
Please note that a refund of the item has been request on your behalf.

    Hi.

I received that email. I requested a full refund, but they said that they need to check the item. After checking, I got this email. What does that mean?

    Thanks.

    Re: request on your behalf

It means that they have asked for a refund for you (from the people who have your money).
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

It should be "has been requested."
