    Question I cant hear it

    Hey, guys!

I'm watching this learning video and I would like to know what this guy smiling said to his friend at 2:43 before "I got this great bottle..." and after "Yeah, I know..."

    I heard "how about.....?"

    About what?

    Thanks in advance!

    Re: I cant hear it

I have absolutely no idea! I've listened to it five times and I can't get it. The last word sounds like it might be "happen" so I wondered if it was "How the hell did that happen?" or something (in response to "Has it really been that long?").

Edit: AHA! I FINALLY GOT IT!!

After the seventh attempt, I realised it was "I'll have whatever you're having". He's referring to the drink he was offered.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Thanks, Emsr2d2 :)

But, I listened to this video again and it doesn't seem that guy said these exactly words: "I'll have whatever you're having", you're right about the meaning, but I need a real transcript :/.

He spoke too fast that I couldn't understand.

    Could you help me?

    Thanks in advance.

    Re: I cant hear it

I disagree. I listened to it another four or five times after coming up with that line and I still think that is exactly what he says. He laughs through it so he swallows some of the sounds but I'm sure those are the words.

    Re: I cant hear it

I may be crazy, but all I heard at 2:43 was "Got any Scotch?"
