I cannot pay for receiving a certificate.

My thought about Ö is that: I hope I get/receive a free beautiful printed certificate which shows I have taken part in a course on ...

I want to add some more words: (I cannot offer you money/I cannot pay for receiving a certificate). Where can I insert those words, please?

I hope I receive a free beautiful printed certificate which shows I have taken part in a course on XYZ.

Free indicates that you do not wish to pay money for it.

Please make it: I have no money to offer.

I hope I can receive a free beautiful printed certificate, for which unfortunately I have no money to offer you, and which shows I have taken part in a course on XYZ.

Did you pay for the course? You could say "I hope the tuition fee includes the cost of a beautiful printed certificate of completion."

No, I didnít. The course is free; there is no tuition. But in case I need/want a statement of participation, I have to pay.

Once you add "have no money" "free" is redundant.
