In just the next year alone of showing it, further expenses were reached

    Hello everybody!

In just the next year alone of showing it, further expenses were reached.

Does the sentence in question mean that "In less than the next year alone of showing it, further expenses were incurred" or "Within the next year alone of showing it, further expenses were borne"?

    Thank you.

I got it from an acquaintance of mine a few months ago. Is my reasoning right?

We don't know what it means for expenses to be "reached."

What does "Within the next year alone of showing it..." mean?

Makers of one film put a lot of effort into shooting it in order that people could benefit from it.
