    Are the below sentences grammatically correct?

    1. We propose that transferring our house from Chennai to Trichy.

    2. We propose that transfer our house from Chennai to Trichy.

    3. We proposed to transfer our house from Chennai to Trichy.

    Only 3 is grammatically OK. You realize that is the only one in the past tense?

    Semantically, I am not sure how you transfer a house. People usually move to a different house.
