Student or Learner
People learn better from those at their own level --- such as fellow student or co-worker --- that from those at a higher level, such as teachers or supervisors.
Learning process and capacities are different of different people. Some people learn better from those at their own level; on the other hand some people learn better from those at their higher level.
People at higher level mostly give instruction or provide guideline. However, some people fellow their guideline and learn by their own; on the contrary, some people don't have that much capability to learn by their own, so they don't learn from the people at higher level. For example, teacher explains outlines of the chapter, and then it is on the student's weather to study or out by their own.
Some people understand better only when topics are explained them in detail. People at the same level explain the things more elaborately and precisely. For example, many students ask their friends to explain them the chapter, because their friends explain them the chapter in detail, so they can learn easily.
Moreover, people at it levels can do arguments, and so they do able to clear their doubt; indeed, this help them learn better. Arguments come up as brainstorming exercise, which provide better learning process. Moreover people feel freedom of speech with the friends so they can have fun with each other; therefore, people can learn fast. On the contrary, with people at higher level are having no fun, so it become boring for some time, therefore learning become slow.
After all the above reason, I can say that learning must be better and fast from people at same level. However, some people can learn better from those at higher level.

1 - Make your position clear in the introduction, prove it in your body paragraphs and sum it up in the conclusion.
2 - Rebutting an opposing argument does not mean you should agree with it! Do some research on this.
3 - Write in simpler language; your fourth paragraph is very difficult to understand.
