Question I can't understand these lines

I have a question to you, guys!

I was watching a sitcom from BBC, The One Roonie, my blackberry is not working, when I saw these lines:

    – Well, is there anything I can do to get my blackberry working?
    – Well, could be an application issue. Where'd you store that Blackberry?
    – Well, it was on my desktop.
    – Well, you could try using a mouse to drag the blackberry to the trash. Then after you've done that, you might wanna launch the blackberry from the desktop.

Someone could explain me these instructions that the old guy said? Because I could'nt understand. If someone drag the blackberry to the trash, how can they launch the blackberry from the desktop? Once in the trash, we can't launch this "file" no more...

Re: I can't understand these lines

Clovis.Mendonca, welcome to the forum. 'The One Ronnie — My Blackberry Is Not Working' is a comedy show. The instructions are meant to be funny — not to be taken seriously.

Please note that a better title would have been launch the blackberry from the desktop.

    Extract from the Posting Guidelines:

'Thread titles should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed.'

Re: I can't understand these lines

Yeah, I know that is meant to be funny, but I didn't understand. I watched the whole video and this part I couldn't figure out. Because the previous line says: drag the blackberry to the trash... to me, it doesn't make sense with the next line "after you've done that,....launch the blackberry from the dekstop".

As I said before: once in the trash, we cannot launch the blackberry from the dekstop (because this is in the trash). That's why I need an explanation :/. I would appreciate that!

    Thanks in advance!

Question Re: I can't understand these lines

But my question is not answered yet. I can't visualize a file or application being launched from the desktop, because they don't exist anymore, cause they are in the trash (you dragged them to it, as the guy from the video suggested to do it).

    Now, was I clear?

    :(
