    Rephrase

    Hello!
I would like to now more about "rephrasing" and its rules.
    for example:
"What's the time?" and they give me
    Could you................ ?
Is it correct if I say: Could you tell me what time is it?
If there are some rules regarding the grammar, please tell me.
    Thank you very much!

    Re: Rephrase

Could you tell me what time it is?

The trick here is that the question is 'could you', so the next part isn't a question, which is why the word order changes.

    Thank you!
On Friday I have worked with this rephrase subject all over again. Not only I figured it out myself but I also managed to teach someone. By!
