which impels them to work in an office.

Employees do not have a special working atmosphere at homes, which impels them to work in an office.
A friend of mine wrote this sentence, though I am not sure whether it makes any sense and it sounds natural.

    Can you improve it?
Please, correct all my mistakes. I should know English perfectly and if you show me my mistakes I will achieve my dream a little bit faster. A lot of thanks.

Re: which impels them to work in an office.

It doesn't make any sense to me. What is "a special working atmosphere"? It should be "at home", not "at homes".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

He's writing a text about work from home. This sentence is supposed to mean that when somebody works at home, he or she doesn't have a special atmosphere there (like in the office) so it can affect the working process.
