    Gym slang

    Hello.

Is there a noun that names a guy who is skinny (scrawny) can't lift heavy weights, looks like he's never worked out and can be laughed at by some big gym frequenters?

Also is there a name for the opposite? Like a huge hulk-like (maybe on roids) man who is considered to be stereotypicly dum, clumsy and too muscular. I once heard something like "beefcake". Is it used?

    Re: Gym slang

For the first, we sometimes hear "90-pound weakling". For the second, some would call him a "muscle head".

If people laughed at me at the gym I would stop going there.

    Re: Gym slang

"Beefcake" is usually used to describe a young muscular man who is scantily clad in a photograph.

    Did you mean latter?
