I went to see the fireworks yesterday.
I am wondering to know how does my friend think about the fireworks.
I should ask her: Do you like it? or Did you like it?

Past tense. Use "did".

As the fireworks have finished, there's no reason to use the present- you're asking about yesterday's fireworks, not fireworks in general.
