    What's the difference between saying:

    Yay! New book is here, and I'm the king of multitasking. (showing a picture of myself reading, watching tv, and eating)

    VS

    Yay! New book is here. I'm the king of multitasking. (showing a picture of myself reading, watching tv, and eating)

    There is no difference at all in meaning.

    Nothing. You need some sort of article with "new book." The new book, a new book, my new book, something.
