The meaning of the phrase, "In my head," in this movie.

Following is the conversation between two characters in the movie "Final Fantasy VII Advent Children":
Rufus: Let's get to the issue at hand. In order to combat Kadaj, we need someone with your expertise. Will you join us, former SOLDIER... Cloud?
    Cloud: Hmph...In my head...
After that, Cloud turns around to leave.
You can also watch it here at 20:10. (There's no advertisement as far as I know.)

I'd like to know the meaning of the phrase, "In my head," in the conversation above.
    Thank you very much.

It probably means that he will imagine himself doing so, but will not in reality do so.

The subtitles, translated from the Japanese dub, says, "That was only in my head." So do you think the meaning fits?
