    hi,

    1. So could he be dosed by something?
    2. so could he have been dosed by something?

    When I intend to ask about a past situation? Both could be right? I can't tell the difference...

    It's from scientific fiction, and it refers to a man with continuously chemically injected with something unusual. Do you understand. I am worried if my answer doesn't make sense..

    The person could have been injected with something. Or he could have been drugged (by somebody).
